@Aaron HollingsheadI read a story about a landlord in Portland in a similar position that is being accused of "leading" masked protesters onto his street and essentially asking them to burn the place down bc he saw no alternative to his fate.For what its worth, you're not alone.

People are already getting restless and protesting the way things are going now so I think things will get reopened sooner rather than later.People will want to get away and drive to destinations will be on the list more than flying, IMHO.As for waiting, I doubt you will see a drop in prices.

This appears to be absurd, especially given the two facts that1) At the shareholders’ meeting in December, it is said the building’s financial health is in good shape.2) The maintenance fee has been consistently increasing for the past 5 years for a total of more than 20%.I decide to protest against this transfer fee, even rallying the other shareholders.
