His whole platform is devoted to vacant land.We are in the beginning stages of buying land ourselves—a little detour with an off-market house is slowing us down—but our buyer's website is built and we're identifying our first target county to mail.

But so far no tenant has used that service 6 months later and the rest of the platform is full of bugs.

I have columns for obvious things like:Name - Where from - Reason for stay - Dates - Which property - Gross $ Amt - Net $ Amt -I color code the $ amounts so I can see at a glance which hosting platform is making me how much.You will need to tweak the spreadsheet to suit your needs.....Hope this helps.  

I'm sure there are many meetup groups in Dallas where you can go and start building relationships with great operators that might have some active deals.Also, like Todd said, this platform is also great to network with many active investors.
