Needless to say, my wife and I were both irritated because of the legal liability we were exposed to.

Thankfully it's on a cheap property but as mentioned before the principal is more the irritating thing.  

Hi, I am going through an eviction right now, they stopped payinf rent, I started the eviction process.The Write of repossession was filed by the judge and THAT day the tenant filed a "motion to stay", for many ******** reasons such as a "toxic mold scare", "owner retalliation" etc..  

As soon as you open the door to the apartment you are bombarded with a strong toxic stink.Needless to say, we would just like our money back and to walk away amicably.

There is currently opportunity in notes due to the glut of toxic assets from 2008, which are finally making their way into the market.

Few things irritate me more than tenants demanding their deposit back a few days after they've moved out. 

So, at the moment I'm a little irritated I have it because it's posing this additional challenge to wholesaling (because I want to do everything above board and have my broker know what I'm doing), but I think down the road, like everyone who has it says, they can't imagine not having it.

I was pretty irritated if you know what I mean.Last Friday, I received a letter from Land Ho, INC stating they were selling the lot for a certain amount and that I better hurry and pick it up before someone else does. 

I once forgot an entire load of laundry at a laundry mat and when I went back in the morning they pointed to a sign that said "Any items left behind after hours will be thrown away" I was definitely disappointed and a little irritated but I only had myself to blame.
