I would also get a fresh coat of paint on that wood siding and plant some nice shrubs and flowers along the entire width (under all the windows around the front of the house) and freshen up that landscaping - it is the very first thing people will see when they pull up.

You might want to ask yourself whether the raise is greater than how much it would coat you if you had to hire a professional to fix things.
