Relying on a home warranty = bad customer service to your guests.  

Terrible software, terrible customer service, and terrible company.

I wanted to ask about pricing as well.I have reached out to support@biggerpockets twice (Feb 16th, Feb 19th), no response and reached out to the general customer service a few days ago, no response. 

But the flexibility of your schedule, no boss or direct customers, and potential for a great year, and realistic expectation that you set make it all doable.   

They had to do it, otherwise many banks and commercial customers are at the point of refinancing and the Government itself is at a strategic debt refinance point; thus, if they didn't lower rates, it would have been a catastrophe short term. 

I would presume to think that the reason they suggested that is because it is important to keep your properties held separately however that is what the Series LLC does while streamlining banking and taxes.

Also the reputation of customer relationship post sales, how they deal with call backs and warranties.
