I don't know the specifics of your state, but in Mississippi, my property manager has filled for garnishment for the amount of rent that is owed.

I know property managers in every state who use non-refundable application fees and it is the standard for every class of property and applicant.

They must be very low odds because insurance companies are in the business of making money, not paying out maximums.Nathan-Every state has different laws believe it or not.
