Increased revenue and decreased parking demand allowed us to carry income-restricted units as well.We originally planned on spinning it out into a brand, but we never had the bandwidth to do so.Our largest hurdle has been education as most of our tenants are coming in to rent traditional units.Investors did not love it.

It's a decent tool, but as Greg mentioned, I'd definitely plan for a worst case scenario and make sure it cash flows at the highest interest rate juuuust in case.

Overall closing out 10 months with Pricelabs I think it is worth it, but I still spend about the same amount of time adjusting rates everyday (10 to 15 minutes for 9 properties).
