We ended speaking with the owner , changing management teams and after 2 months ended that agreement.

It gives him experience in public speaking, forming your own opinion and communicating with authority.

Hey Marc, speaking from the BRRRR lending side of things I don't see any deals that our team has closed in Winchester, VA in the past few years.

I’m sick to my stomach just speaking of it.

Commercial is a universe apart from Residential and yes, commercial is 10X easier in regards to the things we are speaking on. 

Jim Dahle is an active investor in syndications and speaks a lot about REITs and other types of RE investments.

I'm not aware of any doctor loan anywhere that allows for use as an investment property; generally speaking, that's not what they are intended for.
