Hello everyone,I am new to BP and looking to soak up all the information i can on Real Estate Investing.  

There is no reason to fear living in an apartment/apartment building/MFH/whatever that's housed somebody who had Ebola (or, to be honest, who died and splattered their Ebola-soaked blood all over the floor).

Upstairs on the second floor, its flooded from the master bedroom into the bedroom and also water soaked through into 2nd bedroom.water was leaking from the connector from the toilet tank to the source.I spent 3 hrs helping my dad clean up the mess as best as possible with towels, buckets, wet vacuum,  industrial fans.my question is this.

There is a wealth of knowledge here for you to soak up like a sponge.

I have been reading through some of the BP posts for a few months now trying to learn and soak up as much information as I can.

Mistakes can be very costly, and spending time in another location to soak up this type of info may not be practical.Having said that, I currently, and previously have managed a number of properties (single family and multi-unit) for both out of State owners, as well as investors from several other countries.

A sponge soaked in bacon grease usually takes care of problems like this.

Im a little scatter-brained right now trying to soak up all the info from this site.

Just the freedom really.So I spent the last couple of years becoming a sponge and soaking up anything that I could.
