It's not a giant burden right now, but with AI and duplication posts, it's becoming much easier to spam overall.I still find the biggest 'issue' on the Forum is what we've already talked about - the failure of most new members to use the search feature before asking the same question that has been asked over and over again.

Hi Steve,Welcome to BP.There are several Meetups for Real Estate investors in Albuquerque.I suggest you go to Meetup.com and search.

If people took the five minutes to complete it they would not need to be asking and searching the internet for their answers. 

I think you can probably search for anything and with the right key words get the results you're looking for.

I would recommend searching for local Facebook groups to find events to attend.

That being said they have already moved in, and this is the slow season for renting homes.

I'm totally on board with permits and # of people per bedroom and parking spaces.My search moves forward!
