Wholesaling is one of the most challenging ways to start your carrier in real estate; over 90% fail within the first year.

@Rafael Ro And one other thing I failed to mention turnkey is a buzzword often used for marketing, but few companies truly deliver a full turnkey experience from start to finish.

I used a LOC to build a 12 site RV park in a small town, opened it up and 1.5 mnths later, I'm full occupancy and servicing the debt (some of it at 8.75%) & cash flowing.
