There are so many misleading "gurus" and advice from others online - that don't make logical sense.Who do you think qualifies for an S8 voucher?

I have searched for this on the forums extensively and online, to the point where I've started building my own and writing the code myself.

That is true for maybe 1 percent or less of the wholesalers who try it.When you are new and you ask for a wholesale mentor online, you are going to get every pitch, course, guru sell that there is.

Lord knows there are a lot of fancy, online GP's now with beautiful websites, YouTube channels, and 10 people in their investor relations department but only 1 inexperienced guy in their acquisitions who couldn't underwrite a lemonade stand.good luck :)
