Big tech has invented a way to take over another industry and I see Ziprent as the future.

While the tech sector is growing rapidly, it's complementing rather than replacing other strong industries.

I thank God in the name of Jesus Christ for returning to the industry.

What will that do to real estate industry?

The contractor might realize he was WAY over industry price and adjust. 

The population is growing, there's tons of development opportunities, and a nice mix of industries - tech, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.

Indeed, there isn't much to do there and people are going there for the all-inclusives and there's no way you can compete against those, unless you plan to offer "free" booze to your customers.There's no issue about finding a team in that there's an industry catering to that.

As someone who has operated in close to 10 different markets, I can tell you that each market is unique in the MTR industry.
