Regardless you need to start building your portfolio/resume.

I'm hoping to sit down with w a few people this week, or start sending in some resumes.

Take your resume, credit score, business plan, etc and try to show them your serious and worthy of their $$.

There is paperwork involved, but it works very well.  ...The automatic switchover can be a good thing, except when the utilities are switched off for tenant non-payment - that is probably a predecessor to non-payment of rent, and then eviction but now the landlord is stuck paying utilities.In my state, utility shut off seems to be restricted during the winter - in April the shut offs resume. 

I wouldn't personally feel comfortable being to close to the nuclear power plant down there.

I don’t want to list on MLS , just attempting to offload quick and if I can’t find buyers I will resume to fix and flip

(Minus something crazy like nuclear fallout.) 

While I need to work a job to live, I would much rather be in a job where I can immerse myself in the industry while also building great connections.I went to a few Real Estate firms with my resume in hand just asking if anybody would like an assistant, or somebody to do data entry or anything. 

I currently work in Nuclear Engineering but am looking to switch fields as I transfer out.Looking forward to connecting!
