Only about 1/4 of those inquiries ever responded back to me.

Someone asks about a repair, then someone who has remodeled 25 houses answers his question,  then the next newbie has an insurance question and an Ins. agent responds.  

That being said, it's very common for listing agents to not respond to emails, texts and phone calls from buyer's agents with interested buyers- you'd never know if they are doing this or not, but I'll tell you it happens all of the time. 

Small amounts of mold in one area of the home for a short period of time are not going to kill anyone.I respond by giving tenants the EPA Mold Guide.

My total claim was LESS than my ‘security deposit’ but since the guest isn’t responding Airbnb will not charge it.

I sent an email but not one has responded.
