There are some reputable hard money lenders and a lot of disreputable ones, but you are going to need to layout your plan and resources.

His approach could be working when supply and demand is having 1:4 ratio and they're super host with good reputations for example; but if supply and demand are becoming 5:4 in the future as a new player come in with zero feedback, the experience for the new player could be different.

Everyone can just point the finger at someone else.With a true turnkey model "one stop shop" per se, the penny drops with the turnkey provider and only they are to blame as most genuine turnkey providers will put their name and reputation behind their product/operation.Just my opinion.Thanks
