Every six months or so we go for a week somewhere and by the end of the week we are refreshed and ready to go home.

Two months into vacancy I'm then told the unit needs a refresh.

I was also thinking to only search for properties that were purchased at $500k or more since the list is likely to be more than 2500 even at that point.Once I have my list I was thinking of using yellowletters.com to put the mailings on auto pilot for three month stints or longer depending on how often I need to refresh my list of homeowners.

It's refreshing to stumble upon a great community like Bigger Pockets!
