Without bringing up the lease again and aggravate him even more as he wanted to talk to his attorney (according to what he said/presented he is a kid with rich parents with attorney), what some other ways to minimize the situation (ensuring no random security issue / damages on house and car), get my garage and driveway back, and get him to leave peacefully as soon as possible?

Or just random friends/family?

@Ricardo Kendrick, is it now dawning on you that getting a (theoretical) gross return of 1.6%/m by buying any random property in that area might not be as fabulous an idea as you first thought?

I downloaded a random purchase contract, filled it out and sent it.

Another benefit of a good handyman is that the tenants will recognize him and it's not a new, random face on the property.

To be fair to tenants, it sucks to have random people walking through your home.

I've attended the webinars for BP and they always look at properties in random places. 

@Austin Latty also, I should mention I picked up a second job as a night time college coordinator at the community college, I basically helped students with random question on only had 15 minutes of real work over a 4 hour period, making $25 an hour working on my own biz!
