The problem is there are so many glitches in their base system that still need to be ironed out. 

Has anyone dealt with this requirement and if so, what systems do you recommend. 

Agree, Ring or some other camera monitoring  system, security systems will  have issues with alarms &  beeping and other issues which might be a nuisance for guests.

What systems are in place to ensure all sub contracts are being paid and no mechanics liens are being filed?

One of the ones we did, the cabin had an upside down garbage can dug into the yard for a septic system.   

These types of places typically don't use alot of technology or have great systems, making it easy from a management perspective to turn things around. 

You must have good systems.
