The current version of the ATCP you are violating is ATCP 134.08(4), which prohibits the same exact thing as 704.44(4m) prohibits…the kicker being that the ATCP (the consumer protection act) comes with the added penalty of you being charged double damages and actual attorney fees because the act itself is promogulated under Wis.

Loans are not tithed on, since they are debt not increasse.So, if your field yields 10 ephod of wheat, one to God, one to Casear, 6 for eating through the year and 1 for planting the next harvest and 1/2 for buying a donkey and 1/2 for taking the Mrs. to town for falafel & figs.

But I am open to it if I can use the security deposit to replace the carpet (not sure to what extent it is legal).I was thinking of getting landlord rental protection from Zillow to cover pet costs but my premium will probably shoot up since the place is carpeted.Would love your thoughts on this dilemma!
