You never see them beyond the promotional material nor speak with them personally.So what is the answer if you have no money and can't afford training? 

Another suggestion would be to have your team, broker, architect, builder all lined up and promote the team to your potential lender.

Can anyone recommend a more cost effective way to promote the property?

We all see what we wanna see, and at the end of the day BP will promote the riskier ones because the headlines draw people in.

There was just one BIG problem that I hadn’t anticipated…One of my banks, at which my personal unsecured credit line is 40k, suddenly was no longer offering the 0% interest balance transfer promotion!
