So seems to me pretty cheap way to get to meet people that are doing the deals and learn at the same time.Bp is nice and fine.. but its just the internet.. you can only learn so much here. at the end of the day real estate is belly to belly you got to go work and meet with who your going to entrust your investment funds with.. or if your going to try a new line of work..

What we came up with was an infill product that matches what three story walk ups are in the multifamily market.

@Corbett Brasington absolutely ZERO need for a realtor in buying any property, 99% do not even know anything about the property, and all have the same line " highest and best " .

It felt like everyone I found were self-serving, looking to line their own pockets, or not willing guide because of fear of competition.

You might do cost seg. in the first year or down the line. 

I think its rare you can take a model you're doing in this are or product and just move it somewhere else or on to some other product.To me, If you have a niche that works and you're good at it and the numbers are strong,  I believe you should put everything you have into that business model and grow it and grow it fast while the getting is good.
