I came down to Texas to work because I can stay with family and my wife was pregnant, she has since had the baby.

I have a 7 month pregnant girlfriend, a 11 year old daughter and 3 pitbull puppies.

Never missed a payment and I was served strange demand letters after demand letters from the Note Holder ( 92 year old lady) My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time.

I have a military friend that got leave denied when they unexpectedly went to a new command with almost no notice (she was pregnant)....no problem here is an already approved leave request and flight itinerary for tickets I bought 3 weeks ago (both fake and she was planning on driving).

My pregnant girlfriends family own a home about 35 minutes away.

My wife is pregnant and we are looking to settle down a little bit (we still plan on turning our first home into a rental property).

My situation is furthered weighed down by the fact that she is going on 8 months pregnant and does not want to live in a property that is shared with strangers, which I completely understand.  

The doctors told me that my nursing her while pregnant likely saved her life.

Life circumstances change however, so if for example you lost your job and needed to move to a different city for a new job, got an illness and needed to move in with your parents, or got married, got pregnant, etc. and needed to move for a legit reason then this would be acceptable as long as there was no intent to commit loan fraud.

So I would say the key is to see the seller motivation and than structure a great deal for you that meets his desires :) For example, getting a pregnant women an apple when is craving chocolate would not get you bonus points!
