Again, I don't know if a California judge would agree with you.I'm personally not going to use pot but when it becomes legal in my state, my only concern will be to restrict smoking in the units and I will strictly enforce that.

This could include checking on pipes to make sure they haven't frozen in sub-zero temps, walking the property to make sure the cleaner is doing their job correctly, running a package over in-between guests, or running an item over to a guest that may have ended up not working after their arrival...like a coffee pot.

In some areas, it is cheaper to buy than the cost of putting up a new building, let alone systems development and permit fees.However, I do have a suggestion:Take that stream and develop it into a nice park-like area with gardening and benches and a couple of foot bridges.Then, you market like that stream is a huge asset, and you'll get buyers saying, "What a beautiful piece of property!"
