I have several contacts in new home construction, architecture, land developers and community organizers who help me locate buyers and sellers.

Broadstreet Private Equity.They have several offerings including an infrastructure fund where they develop subdivisions for major national home builders in the Carolinas and Georgia.They also have started a store n lock fund in partnership with Public Storage , a cryto mining fund and I think a restaurant fund.I am primarily interested in the infrastructure and store n lock funds.Also, does anyone have any suggestions on back ground check services?

The goal is to determine whether the government accurately adjusts DoD Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) rates and to develop a predictive model to calculate possible future BAH rates for specific locations.We have pulled rental data from Zillow and historical BAH rates from the DoD.

@JerryllYes I completely understand have been a professional data scientist since 2018 before i swapped it out for real estate development 2 years ago.

Given it's in a very low population area, it may just be an extremely slow, low demand rental.

My overall goal for my professional career is to start an investment firm and own a big multifamily portfolio and get into development.

What is the experience of the group at performing this sort of development?  

To help our case, I am thinking about putting together a report of some type that would help for why this development should be accepted. 

Either way, i always decide to buy additional properties as opposed to developing what i have, because I’ll continue having that and can do what i please in the future. 

If you had not team in those areas and could not have reasonably developed one, then you missed thing.You say you’ve done well in Chicago.
