As collateral, I got a personal guarantee (yes, from him as an individual) and he mortgaged (is it "he" mortgaged, or "I" mortgaged, well you get the picture...) the property he owned outright (the one that has the contract for deed tenant).

So he wants a camera on his car for safety reasons and it just happens to get the other unit in the picture....

And its good to keep things light and not so serious all the time.. but thats probably why your vote to post is the way it is.. 100's of posts with nothing more than  a bucket of pop corn  LOL.. now keep in mind I dont know how to put any pictures on BP  or any cartoons or anything like that I would have to have my granddaughter come over and show me how to do it.. and then I would forget how to do it anyway..
