I have 3 accounts per property which helps me leverage APY on savings accounts, prevent funds from being comingled, and easily set up auto payments for things like mortgage payments and utilities. 

My plan is to take the next six months to try and learn as much as possible about multifamily real estate, while also saving up money to be able to start a career in brokerage.

This property it wasn't kept up with in a while.

A MF straight up as a first deal is a lot to deal with. 

What are the main marketing channels you use?

I am trusting you have it set up with a service. 

In person is better than over the phone if possible, as I have been told by annoyed or lazy clerks "NO STR allowed" as that was the easy button to get me off the phone, or if they are anti STR. 

My parents had a 3 family growing up and I used to hate going there on weekends but I learned a lot and it obviously stuck with me.

Might be a little bit down the road for me, but that is for sure dream that will come true...One Chicago's best features is the lake, which I'd like more access to.
