I have an option to purchase a plot of land in Los Angeles at an attractive price but I do not have the funds to exercise it.

This seems like a fairly easy exercise in comparison to a large multi-unit property with land and lots of improvements.

Is the cost segregation exercise worthwhile given the purchase price ($2M)?

That’s the technical frustration that I’m trying to figure out how to solve It's 23 different physical addresses, so there are 23 different coaxial lines going from the utility poles to each house or apartment. 

Labor and materials and time it takes to complete will be a lot longer.Have you physically visited the property ?

I have the desktop version of Turbotax and can physically update/ view the forms and I do not see any type of checkbox to make this change. 

Cross reference with employers with higher education off linkedin (use an API), and see if there's a correlation between housing prices in districts which are being gentrified, school ratings over that time period, and housing prices (in fact maybe there's another correlation between if these employers work for recently IPO'd companies and are exercising fresh options to purchase real estate).

Once you have this team in place, you should have the foundation to invest in any market confidently while not being there physically.

Analyze markets, analyze trends, and exercise a strong sense of financial acumen.
