Try to find some of the syndicator's past or present colleagues and/or employees on your own, and ask their opinion of him.

I think good luck... the ones that might have sold things in the past or a good car sales men would make a good wholesaler.

I have ideas similar to what is already being done in several states, things like "tiny house" villages in urban environments, to farm/ranches. 

Hemet is affordable and there are plenty of dairy farms and horse properties. 

I farm out my property management so I can concentrate on high dollar tasks such as finding the properties running the number handling the financing.
