With over 15 years in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from residential redevelopments to mixed-use acquisitions across Texas.Today, I noticed some news about the ongoing expansion of Tesla’s gigafactory (https://www.bizjournals.com/austin/news/2024/10/28/tesla-gig...) here in Austin—an impressive 10 million square feet!

Since then, I’ve been dedicated to learning and connecting with fellow industry enthusiasts.Currently, I’m working as an investment agent in Scottsdale, AZ focusing on connecting investors with my marketplace.

you dont a good agent repping a buyer is going to go to bat for them not U keep in mind many sellers lie about all sorts of things.. not saying your that way but it is common the industry.

If there are opportunities for collaboration or sharing industry insights, I would be delighted to explore them further.

Hello,I am working on getting started with wholesaling and do not mind working with another serious wholesaler of interest.I connected with an agent on Biggerpockets who claimed to be investor-friendly and knew the wholesale strategies but I think I scared them away when I requested a written agreement to get started.I do not understand why people in the wholesale industry like to talk about working together instead of working with a written agreement. 

What will that do to real estate industry?

I outsourced many different local vendors and received 2-3 quotes for each piece of work.

You can self manage (which I understand is work), but it also forces you to monitor your investments more, and makes you a better investor, even if you were to outsource (since you now know what goes into it).
