just a wholesaler out fit calling you.. i get them daily. if its a decent property  then no reason to take  a discount to sell it. but if you want to discount to sell it.then as stated above just get ahold of all the we buy houses guys and have them compete

Then they have dedicated staff to resell the contracts or pipeline into the bigger turn key outfits who buy a lot if not a majority of their inventory through wholesale means. 

It was called JAEcs we, being my partner and I, were a small handyman outfit. 

And then you have the websites trying to be "Obamacare-for-Mortgages" that are courted primarily by bottom of the barrel outfits, so no love with the "just google it" solution either.

We got a little creative putting them together and outfitted the kitchens and bathrooms.In the other trailers, I made new boxes out of 3/4" plywood and new faces out of hardwood. 

@Jessica RibeiroThere are a few wholesaling outfits in our area whom you can probably work for and learn the business with.

You could also just make this an option and upcharge if they want it fully outfitted with kitchen supplies, furniture, a bed, etc.  2) Figure out what makes your property special.

You should be able to find the CAP rates in your area by looking at comps and sharp talking to multifamily brokers with one of the bigger commercial outfits.
