No offense but like others said... your pictures are somewhat horrible and unappealing.  

Don't get your hopes up though, if your offense had anything to do with violating the public trust or any kind of fraud.Do you have any building or home repair experience?

Looking at the punishment for this offense (F3), it looks like the minimum time he served was 2 years (whether this was in jail or probation, I am not sure).

I know lots of people here are landlords, it might be offensive to assume that about a landlord,  but it seems awful lot so to me in this case....

Personally I'd eat the $75 for the "first offense" for something like this for a truly good tenant....... do you really expect a tenant to change the filter each month?.....

Ultimately it was your fault (or your CPA's fault) for not knowing the deadline, but if it is a first time offense occasionally the IRS will waive the penalty.It doesn't hurt to call and ask for the penalty abatement.

just sayinWhen you feel that your first line to your response should be "don't take offense", you can almost guarantee that the person receiving it will be offended.
