It’s a nice idea to offer streaming services for renters, but it can get complicated.

That said, VRBO doesn't do auto messaging and that's a PIA that makes a channel manager a nice tool to have, but often the cost isn't worth it until you get at least 1 more unit - again, my opinion.  

Buying and selling MF on your own going to be pretty tough this gets you going and if by chance you like it and can start to represent buyers and sellers you will make some pretty nice commissions..

The only nice things in Elmira is the food at the dive bars.

Rural town but within walking distance to an elementary school, a high school and a nice restaurant.

But liquid in 30 days sounds like a nice feature.

The units all have tri-paint jobs with ceiling paint, a nice wall color and super-white glossy trim on everything else. 

I call most of my guests as soon as they book on Airbnb and VRBO especially if they are new to the platforms or don’t have reviews, i nicely ask them what brings you to town?
