Upload Lease to Cozy and setup ACH payments through Cozy.coIt would be great if Cozy could handle the entire process, but they only seem to really work for the credit report/background check, and setting up automatic payments.

If so, you can legally charge either one OR BOTH of them.The only thing I see to question:  who initiated the ACH?

Fees are very steep compared to ACH companies like ClearNow and erentpayment.

Which is better in terms of making the most money with the least amount of head aches: flipping or buying rentals?
