This was not our first flip, we had flipped 6 DW mobile homes on land prior to this with our own funding.  

Then I had (what I thought was) a brilliant idea, Mobile home!

It works nicely on both desktop and mobile and for whatever reason it's free.

We have been offered an owner financed deal to finance a property for a rental that has a concrete block home and a mobile home.

I am considering buying a small mobile home park for $150k (7 unit) that needs 6 trailers, each $10k.  

The thing about this neighborhood is it is not a mobile home park, the lots are big, and there are a few lots with very nice brand new brick homes owners have built, and others with older homes as well.

I was about 5 days from closing on my first place (an up/down duplex + cottage)...when the lenders (a typical residential / investment lender) said he would not fund the transaction...because the appraisal came back saying that it was a "raised mobile home" - and they don't fund mobile homes.It wasn't obvious that this was a mobile home by sight - apparently it was just the foundation of the mobile home that was used and then was re-finished (new siding, new roof, etc).
