We're living in times when franchises go out of business overnight, but healthcare will never be since it is essential. 

Hey all.I have prowled BP forums for a while and have gotten lots of good info from it, however I have not been able to find a good forum post for the question below.ContextMy wife and I purchased a fixer upper triplex in May of 2024 and live in one unit and rent out the other two units.

Sadly, we lost my mother-in-law to cancer two years ago, and my father-in-law has since realized he no longer wants to live there, though he remains emotionally attached.The home is in its final stages of construction, needing only finish work and a kitchen remodel to be rentable.

Currently, I live in Hawaii, house hacking my own property, and am looking to expand into out-of-state long-term rentals.My goals now are to master the art of wholesaling, continue raising private money, and build a strong portfolio of long-term rentals.

I currently live in Butte, Mt but plan on moving to Phoenix, Az for 6 months out of the year.

I live in San Diego, CA and purchased 3 single family homes over the last year, 1 in TX and 2 in OH.

This is one of the things that sound a lot easier than they are actually done.The crazy thing I learned about these CA fires is that the heat radiation is hot enough (1500-2000F) that it will ignite your furniture through the windows.

I've done several of these here in Chicago, and currently looking for a single-family house to a live in flip in. 

Usually, this is a sign of stability and a preview of the types of people who live in the area.
