It's my belief that because of the age, maturity level, number of decision makers (parents & their child) that it is one of the hardest niches in buy and hold investing.

But I believe that if you're not violating any terms, not in a restricted industry or involved with anything deemed risky by Stripe then you're probably safe.It appears their move to Stripe is for accelerated payment processing, which is interesting since they acquired eRentPayment and Payment Report.On surface level it might be they're adding Stripe as an option on top of their existing infrastructure.

Do you want to buy something more turn-key or are you open to some level of rehab (more than just new carpet and a coat of paint)?

I assume it's typically best (if it's necessary to do so and if the budget allows) to re-level the home before the floors are installed.
