We were going to laser template WITHOUT the cabinets being installed, but I got the cabinets installed sooner than I originally thought and called in a favor from my granite guys to turn the fabrication and installation around in a hurry so we ended up laser templating WITH the cabinets installed which cuts down the risk for a goof up.

I will use the ones I like on a consistent basis to get an overall picture although I realize none are laser-point accurate but they put you in the ballpark.As you do your reconnaissance (good battle word) I would recommend you add FreeCreditReport.com, Credit Sesame and Quizzle.com to your arsenal and do battle on low credit scores while keeping @Josh Autery with his great analogy in mind.

If the loan never closes they still make 7,500 and will usually vet the lender less that they will perform.If a mortgage broker gets nothing until it closes you better believe they will be laser focused on who the lender is and if they will perform.As a purchase you always need to do your own due diligence.
