Hey @Charles Edwards yes tagging people can be a bit frustrating on here - you have to use the @ symbol start typing someones name and then wait for a pop up with the full name then click on it.I'm doing fix and flip and buy and hold (using the BARRRR method) depending on the rent/cashflow of the property.

Other than that you can always tag your colleagues with the @ symbol followed by their name.
