My question is, do I need to update my name to LLc in the rental agreement and inform the tenants and property manager or continue as is with my name in the lease?

The tangible/measurable benefits do seem to pan out over the life of the system especially if energy prices continue to rise.

However, home prices vary depending on location:Cincinnati: $319,310Columbus: $348,569Dayton: $261,583Ashland and Athens: Around $203,000Mansfield and Lancaster: Less than $200,000 Ohio's home prices are expected to continue to increase. 

Milwaukee rents continue to go up, we are now the 3rd most competitive market in the US, ahead of NY and LA..

If rates do go down significantly, it will be more of a sign of economic instability.I recommend continuing to save monies until you come up with enough for a decent down payment.

Our realtor has continued to have us personally sign all the documents as they have come in (home inspection, personal property sale, etc).

I really wanted to continue using them, but for growth it just wasn't the best choice for us.
