I'm looking to hold these properties for the foreseeable future.If profit in cash, is that rolled in total into the next BRRRR or do you eventually split and do two at the same time, or perhaps do one and then grab a second say 60 days in, etc.I apologize if this is all over the place.

Apologies to any classically trained economists here, but the 'science' of economics is largely junk science, at least applied to today's nations and markets.

Correction-I have heard horror stories about Morris Invest, not Memphis invest, my apologies! 

I apologize for not giving some of the details: I'm 70-1/2, have owned the properties (no mortgages) for 6 years in the SDIRA, there are current appraisals in place with the SDIRA administrator, and I don't have a CPA yet (that's on my "to do" list ;^)  ).

So I apologize for asking again.... but the one part that actually interested me the most is never mentioned in any other responses.

I apologize - I thought the gist of the post was considering them as a potential property manager; on closer reading I see that wasn't directly the question.
