I've had deals get skinny - down to 3 months in some circumstances. 

To get the real skinny and avoid an attorney bill, just reach out to the Virginia State Corporation Commission directly.

I find that almost too skinny and try to find better for my clients, though if 1% is it, I try to find properties that have been rehabbed and won’t have a lot of extra CAPEX in future years.

Like Warren Buffett said, "the rising tide has lifted all boats but eventually the tide will go out and then we will see who is skinny dipping."

It is so easy to overpay or do a bad/skinny deal.

I would, however, be willing to give you the entire course on iPod.

I personally would never pay that amount for that skinny of a deal..

Some deals are very skinny and a 1% acquisition fee is all that the deal will support.
