IMHO that's why CA is so broke as a state. they are too high on their horses to let this market take its course and go through what it must go through in order to recover.as a "bulk buying bottom feeder", were paying over 50 cents in CA. it makes sense that buying 1 or 2 at a time would put you in the 75-80 range.as an investor, i say hold in CA. don't buy yet. their crap smells as bad as anyone else in GA and OH and their market will still get rocked.jeff

The key to that is to have your RE income exceed your expenses.If you ever play the Kiyosaki game of Cashflow 101, you know that to exit the "rat race" you have to have your passive income exceed your expenses.Seems simple right?

I have actually never paid for an app :) I transferred weather bug elite, tiger woods golf, some racing game etc from my brother's iPhone (for some reason apple allows this??
