If the home has a really nice layout or beautiful interior and it's not getting many showings, I would definitely recommend a video tour.

There are some players that operate thousands of SF homes.

Pre-construction homes, which could build $50-60K in equity within a year or two.I can afford a 20% down payment, but I’m torn between focusing on equity (pre-con) or cash flow (resale).

As for holding a home and building another one - be sure to include carrying costs of the first home while building the second.
