I don't know Florida, but it seems like if it's been fine, and magically it's an issue now-- I'm thinking the tenants maybe dropped something heavy or it was a poor install ation job, and are blaming the house so you don't make them pay for it.

The ones I have heard of/tested are as follows:Beyond Pricing, PriceLabs - are automated pricing toolsLodgify - is strong in website development (if you want to drive direct bookings) but from what I viewed are not as strong in the management toolsYourPorter - Cleaner communication toolOneRoofTop - decent tool set, heavy lifting, questionable sustainabilityMyVR - expensive but decent tool setBookerville - their customers love them, their technology appears to be old school (so does their name)I too am on the hunt for a solution because I want to become more passive, moving away from the daily grind of working "in" my business so I can work "on" my business.

I'm just "starting" my investment journey in Toledo so still learning about the different asset classes haha 🙈It all depends how people are born and bread IMO.Some with a silver spoon and others with a Makita cordless drill 😁I'm sure many folks on the East and West Coast would consider all of Toledo as "Z Class".Current rents are under market.6 unit is located in Point Place which in my "blue collar working class guy" opinion is a solid A class area for Toledo standards.I'm sure the humble folk in Toledo consider what you will find in the images as "A class" due to heavy influx of homeowners.Much success 🙏
