Many of our closest colleagues are coaches in the Seller finance and Hard Money Lenders. 

Even though I'm a big guy I bring a second person (my wife or friend) with me to talk to my tenants when I'm going to have a hard conversation.  

Do both cities zoning make it very hard to build 2-4 unit properties? 

I know that's vague but it's hard to be more specific on questions like this.
