You look at the stock price of Google and Amazon and Tesla and say, those are too high, but in 10 years will you be happier you bought those or would you be happier you bought General Cinemas or American Airlines? 

I will keep that $$$  and have happier tenants and less vacancy loss. 

You’re really not if you come out at more like we do on the Funding) side if you come out it more from a advisory standpoint and really do the research to help your clients like we do you have happier clients constantly.

@Douglas Spence while i will be happier than most if they do go up you hit a limit here. 

I also recommend the landlord provide periodic cleaning service for the common areas for a few reasons- happier tenants who stay longer, eyes on the property, and preserving the condition of the house. 

Hey @Dasia Washington, as somebody who has lived in Denver and Scottsdale, I think you'd be happier in Denver based on wanting a "less conservative and more diverse environment."

Plus, you'll be happier if you focus on your local area instead of traveling a whole bunch. 

It's more upfront costs, but I think you will be happier in the long run.
