If looking in a broad area, use searchtempest,com to search craiglist rather than one location at a timeunder real estate categories,I would use terms:plexduplexunittriplexfourplexaptapartmentI would search every couple of days, in case something really interesting turns up.You will get a lot of noise, but this is how to turn up things and not miss much of what you are looking for.

So if I get repeated calls from neighbors about noise or parties, it becomes a management issue and charge $25 for taking a call and giving notice to the tenants to correct such neighborly conduct, if they don't pay it with the rent, then they are in default and that can lead to eviction.

Vent pipe boots do fail; on a windy day, from the outside you can see some movement in the vent pipe that sticks above the roof, and you might hear some of the vibrating noise of the pipe moving when you're inside the house.

Values on the adjoing subdivision will probably go down, due to the increased traffic, noise involved (there will probably be live entertianment) fights in the parking lots etc.

The house is set back from the road by about 50ft, speed limit of the road is 25 so I was concerned about noise a bit. 4BR, 1.5BAWalk out basementI'm looking at renting long term but living in it short term and subletting a room.
