Getting 2 grand is a hard number , if someone can afford that they usually buy a house .

My mom is a real estate agent and my grand mom has held a rental property for the past 5 years.

Have had my real estate license in all three states Am back in ROchester a few months a year  Out of curiosity looked at some rentals available in Rochester in the cap rates destroy what I see most people buying here on bigger pockets in other areas of the country  I feel I really must be missing something or is it actually possible to buy units 25 grand each and on a quadruplex net 19 grand a year in B neighborhoods?

Ive tried everywhere i just cant seem to get it out there enough to get people to check it out. i am wanting to move out to grand lake area but im stuck in the city cause i own the early bird bar in sw side of town and theres alot of good patirons that stay loyal customers. i really want to get it sold where i can get out to my lake house. if any one can help me id be thinkful. up for any ideas thanks. asking $20,000

For $15 grand, I would pursue justice by legal means.

At the price he was advertising it for, he would’ve at most made a grand more.

Down the road two years I can put another few grand into becoming a broker, all while following the law.
