With a little effort you can also replace a section if you absolutely have to and have kept a little of what you used as leftovers.

Once you pick one give it a serious dedicated effort, but if it's producing no fruit after several months you can always pivot and shift. 

Thankfully we have been able to find that but it takes ALOT more work and effort.

And with the five investments we made in good parts of our town, that even if all our efforts in the business didn't pay off, in 20 years we'd still have a nest egg of equity we could fall back on.
